Bylaws

Bylaws dated October 22, 2025, registered on November 13, 2025 under no. 63,861 in Book A of the Civil Registry of Legal Entities of Cartório Pantaneiro, in Campo Grande (MS), Brazil. A copy is available on request at contato@institutovidapreventiva.org.br.

Governance

The Bylaws provide for three bodies: the General Assembly, the Executive Board and the Fiscal Council.

Executive Board:

• Bruno Renato Matos Machado: President and Financial Director
• Maíra Alexandre de Oliveira Garrido Machado: Technical Director

Fiscal Council: the Bylaws provide that the Fiscal Council may remain inactive while there are not enough members to compose it (art. 13, § 1). In that situation, the accounts are submitted directly to the General Assembly (art. 13, § 2).

Researchers and collaborators

The researchers and volunteer collaborators who take part in the Institute's activities are presented on the IVP Ecosystem page. Taking part as a researcher or volunteer collaborator does not mean being a member of the Executive Board, the Fiscal Council or any other governance body of the Institute.
